How long is the Revenue Diagnostic?+

It runs approximately 90 minutes. We come prepared with pre-session questions so we can go deep on your actual data, not spend the first 30 minutes getting up to speed.

What do I need to bring to the session?+

Access to your GA4, any active ad accounts, and your email platform. If you don't have all of these set up, bring what you have. We work with what's there.

Can I do a Revenue Diagnostic if I'm not running ads yet?+

Yes. The Diagnostic covers six areas. If paid media isn't one of them yet, we go deeper on the others: website, email, AI visibility, sales stack. There's always something to find.

What if I'm already working with an agency?+

That's one of the most common situations we see. The Diagnostic will show you exactly what your current agency is and isn't delivering. No judgment. Just data.

Is the $2,000 refundable if I don't move forward with an engagement?+

The Diagnostic is a standalone service. The $2,000 is not a deposit. It's the cost of the session. If you sign an engagement within 30 days, the full $2,000 is credited.
